We just wanted to say thank you
Boy oh Boy we have had a busy first couple of years in business and its all thanks to you our customers who have supported our efforts and rewarded us with fantastic testimonials and feedback. We always like to thank customers at the time their feedback was submitted. But on some internet websites or platforms, we are unable to reply at all.
Our reviews are on different sites like google reviews, yelp, trip advisor, to mention a few. We usually don’t ask for reviews as we appreciate the surprise more than anything. It has been pointed out to us by some customers that we should add profile pictures of our customers that leave kind feedback purely for our website, which we think is a great idea. If anybody would like to have a profile picture added with there submitted feedback, then we would appreciate that very much, and it would look great!.

I would recommend this service, for airport transfers and if you have any events to go. I will use this service ever time when I am in Auckland. The service is over and above what we expected, Craig and his wife was so friendly.
Booking was easy on the internet. One of the ladies that was with us had a walker, Craig was very unstanding and helpful with her. We used this service to go to ED Sheeran, I notice that on our tickets that we had the wrong days, rung Craig he fitted us in, on the day even though he had a busy day. He also arrange that he could drop us right in the satudim.
Graig service includes door to door.
Craig also took us to a Carls Jr by the airport on our way back home.. I would give his service 10/10. Thank you for all of your work Craig.

Book-a-ride are hands down are the most professional and incredibly user-friendly shuttle service you could wish for. I was having to book a shuttle for my daughter on a Saturday night and bringing her alone to a rural property (a big distance) so wanted a service where I felt confident she would be safe and it didn't cost the earth. Craig at Book-a-ride was amazing and absolutely delivered on both with really prompt responses on quotes as well. Thank you Book-a ride 🙂

Craig did a fantastic job for us. Airport transfer from and to West Auckland, he gave us the best quote compared to other local businesses.
Very friendly, and super professional. He gives us text messages efficiently and is always on time. He drives safely and the van is clean and comfortable.
I cannot recommend any other guys to start and finish your trip!!

Can't recommend Book a Ride highly enough for excellent service and affordable rates. We were on our way from Tauranga to Auckland airport to catch a 6:45am international flight when our car broke down half way between Ngatea and Bombay. Had to cancel the flight. AA towed us back to Ngatea where we had to leave the car. No intercity bus in Ngatea, so called three shuttle services to get us back to Tauranga. The first said they couldn't take bookings from a mobile, the second said they couldn't help us, but Book-a-Ride told us they would get to us within two hours. We were impressed with the sincere kindness and helpfulness of our driver Craig (owner operator), who went out of his way to come from Rotorua to pick us up, and who offered genuine sympathy, a comfortable ride in a clean well appointed vehicle (which we had to ourselves), as well as the use of his phone to call our family overseas. And we were impressed that he charged only $80.00 for the service. A brilliant light in an otherwise fairly miserable day.

So easy and helpful, very friendly driver. Picked us up from the airport and drove us to our accomodation in the city. Then they helped my mum get to the airport the next morning. And also picked us up from accommodation the next day after that. It was very affordable and so easy. Always on time too.

Such a good driver. I travel with this man all the time, have to rate this as the best driver in Auckland. Would highly recommend. 🙂
